1. When will the product be available again?

Our collections are in constant production and temporary out-of-stock usually lasts 2 weeks. If you order products that are currently out of stock, you will see an extended delivery date on the product page. Please contact your advisor for the exact date: contact@voxfurniture.com.

2. How long does the delivery take?

We will complete the products and take care of shipping within a few days. Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location. You will see the estimated delivery time on the product page. If you require more information, please contact us: contact@voxfurniture.com.

3. Does delivery include carry-in service?

Delivery with carry-in is an additional charge. The options visible in the order process before the order is finalised depend on the country of delivery and the products ordered.
We will deliver the furniture to your flat regardless of the floor, even in buildings without a lift. As part of the lifting service, the transport company is obliged to deliver the consignment to your home / flat (to the delivery address indicated in the order) beyond the threshold or to the first architectural barrier.
Remember to prepare the site in advance and to ensure that there is free access (sufficient door width, clear space).

4. Do you offer furniture assembly?

Yes. If an assembly service is possible for your country - this option will be displayed to you during the order summary. The assembly service is chargeable and depends on the value of the order and your location.

5. Where can I find assembly instructions?

You will find assembly instructions on the product page, in the description of the specific model. If you do not find a file, please write to us: contact@voxfurniture.com

6. What happens to my order

7. Can you produce the furniture in a different colour

We do not make individual changes to designs. All possible changes are visible in the configurator on the product page. No configurator means that no changes can be made.

8. Where can I find product dimensions?

In the product description you will find the basic dimensions. More detailed ones are in the assembly instructions, which you download from the product page.

9. I want to order a bed, is the frame included in the price?

If you are buying a bed, pay attention to whether the description of a particular model mentions a frame or mattress included in the price. If not, be sure to add them to your basket - they are essential for a complete piece of furniture.

10. How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is determined at the final step of the checkout process. The expense is calculated based on the total of the order and the delivery country.

11. Is VAT included in the price?

The prices on the website are given in gross and include all applicable taxes and fees
(+ for FR) Environmental (ecological) fee is included.
