• The simple, wide, upholstered headboard with extensions consists of a headboard that matches the width of the bed, two headboard extensions, and two upholstered side panels. The bed is also available in a basic version (without side panels) and with a headboard featuring side panels.
• The Sova bed system also offers beds with other headboard styles—a taller, upholstered “Soft” headboard with a rounded finish, and a simple panel headboard. Each is available in a choice of 4 widths, allowing you to create arrangements with completely different styles.
• Headboard extensions allow for the installation of electrical outlets and light switches. This lets you conveniently use lighting and appliances without having to get out of bed. You’ll need to arrange for the electrical installation yourself by hiring a qualified electrician.
• Behind the headboard, there are rear panels that you can use in two ways. During assembly, you decide whether they will serve as a practical shelf or as a discreet spacer between the headboard and the wall.
• The Sova bed offers a choice of three height settings relative to the floor. You can opt for a version without a base or with a base that can be mounted at two different levels during installation. You also choose the height at which the bed frame is mounted, making it easy to adjust the bed to your height and how you use it. A lower setting creates a floating effect, while a higher setting provides more storage space under the mattress.
• The backrest and base lighting accentuate the bed’s silhouette and create mood lighting that’s perfect for evening relaxation. You can add the lighting set during the configuration process. The set includes LED strips, a power supply, and two switches with a dimming function, located on both sides of the bed. This design allows you to conveniently control the lighting from either side.
• The Sova bed can be equipped with a fixed base under the mattress or a lift-up base. By choosing the version with a lift-up base, you gain convenient storage space hidden under the mattress. You select the mattress separately, allowing you to tailor its firmness and type to your own preferences.
• If you need extra space for everyday items, you can complement the bed with freestanding nightstands from the Sova collection. Each one is equipped with two drawers featuring the Push To Open system, which allows you to open the fronts with a light press. For beds with extensions, hanging nightstands cannot be installed.
• Freestanding nightstands are available with or without a base, allowing you to adjust their height to match your chosen bed variant and maintain a cohesive look for the entire bedroom set.
